• Clearance Certificate

1. Request Letter.
2. Compliance report of NOC Conditions in annotated form.
3. Bills/Vouchers of Air Pollution Control Devices/Effluent Treatment Plant.
4. Demand Notice issued by Punjab State Electricity Board.
5. Plan showing the location of APCD/ETP and all outlets and various channels/pipes/sewers with requisite colours as detailed below:
   • Fresh Water – Blue Color
   • Effluent Channel - Red Colour.
   • Recirculation Water Channel - Green Colour.
   • Storm Water - Orange Colour.
   • Domestic Sewer - Dotted Black Line.
6. Dimensional Drawing of Air Pollution Control Device & effluent treatment plant.
7. Consent Application under Water(Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 Complete in all respect.
