Documents Required For

• Consent to Establish (NOC)
  1. Site Plan
  2. Location Plan.
  3. Partnership Deed/Memorandum of Article of Association /Proprietorship certificate.
  4. S.S.I. Registration Certificate (Provisional)/ copy of letter of intent/license / acknowledgement/DGTD registration certificate.
  5. Copy of Project Report.
  6. Manufacturing Process.
  7. Feasibility report of the Pollution Control Systems for Control of Water/ Air Pollution/Air Pollution Control Devices/Effluent Treatment Plant.
  8. Certificate from concerned department i.e.:­-
     • That the proposed site is located outside the Lal Lakir /Lal Dora& its distance from Lal Lakir/Lai Doral Phirni.
     • Certificate from Town & Country Planning Authorities that the site if located outside Chandigarh Peripheral zone ( If applicable).
     • Certificate to the effect that the proposed site falls in Free Enterprises Zone/Approved Industrial Area demarcated by the Town & Country Planning department of Punjab.
  9. Complete Application Form.
  10. NOC Fee as per total project cost.
  11. Irrigation scheme for use of its trade effluent onto land for irrigation in case the disposal is onto land for irrigation.
