• Getting consent to operate U/s 25/26 of Water Act, 1974 for Existing Industries

1. Site Plan
2. Location Plan showing the location of ETP and all outlets and various channels/pipes/sewers with requisite colours as detailed below:
   1. Fresh Water – Blue Color
   2. Effluent Channel - Red Colour
   3. Recirculation Water Channel - Green Colour
   4. Storm Water - Orange Colour
   5. Domestic Sewer - Dotted Black Line
3. Partnership Deed/Memorandum of Article of Association /Proprietorship certificate.
4. Balance Sheet showing the underappreciated value of fixed assets/certificate duly authenticated by CA.
5. Permanent S.S.I. Registration Certificate/DGTD license/ L.O.I. /acknowledge etc.
6. Analysis Report of Effluents
7. Consent fee as per balance sheet w.e.f. 1.1.1992 or Date of commissioning which ever is later
8. Complete application form.
9. Dimensional drawing of ETP.
10. Bill/Voucher of ETP.

Each & every document should be duly authenticated by the industry & the Concerned Regional office.
